14-Day Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind the vehicles we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within **14 days** of receiving the vehicle.
Eligibility Requirements

Vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was purchased.

No more than 500 additional miles may be driven.

Vehicle must not have new damage, accidents, mechanical issues caused by the buyer, or modifications.

All original documents, keys, and accessories must be returned.
Non-Refundable Situations

Vehicles used for rideshare, delivery, commercial, or fleet purposes during the 14-day period.

Vehicles with altered odometer readings.

Vehicles resold or transferred to another person.
Refund Process

Submit a written request to our support team within 14 calendar days.

A vehicle inspection will be conducted.

Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
