Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds follow our official **14-Day Money Back Guarantee** policy (see below).

Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing all documentation and inspecting the vehicle before final delivery.

  • Corolla Depot is not liable for delays caused by transportation companies.

Limitation of Liability

  • Corolla Depot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • All vehicles are sold “as-is” unless stated otherwise in writing.

Privacy

  • Customer information is used only for communication, processing purchases, and internal record-keeping.

Modification of Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

​We stand behind the vehicles we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within **14 days** of receiving the vehicle.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was purchased.

  2. No more than 500 additional miles may be driven.

  3. Vehicle must not have new damage, accidents, mechanical issues caused by the buyer, or modifications.

  4. All original documents, keys, and accessories must be returned.

Non-Refundable Situations

  1. ​Vehicles used for rideshare, delivery, commercial, or fleet purposes during the 14-day period.

  2. Vehicles with altered odometer readings.

  3. Vehicles resold or transferred to another person.

Refund Process

  1. ​Submit a written request to our support team within 14 calendar days.

  2. A vehicle inspection will be conducted.

  3. Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
